You mailed it in a clear plastic bag with a ziplock opening that any could open and close in transport. Please send a replacement.
INSPOT requested a photo of the package, which I sent.
No response from them after that. No replacement nor refund.

OMG - they simply cannot ship the product - just take the money
Placed order July 9th. Still not shipped on July 23rd.
Complained, so they credited my account a portion of the shipping costs. Still no product.

Looking for my order. I entered the order number, but there was not an order for that number.
I checked my bank statement, and the money for the purchase had been taken from the account. The order with the number stated it was processed on 2/17/26.
It is now 3/8/26. I have been trying to get in touch with the company for 4 days and still have not spoken or heard back from anyone.

- - Order never shipped and was charged $58.75.
- - Tracking was inconsistent: DHL said delivered, USPS had no record.
- - Refunds sought.
Ordered for the first time. Never got my order. First, they gave me a DHL tracking number which then said the package was delivered. It was NOT. I asked DHL for proof of delivery, which they did NOT have. They looked up their records and told me that that was NOT my tracking number and that it belonged to someone else who didn't live in our state. They said Ibspot gave me the wrong tracking.
I emailed Ibspot several times. Finally, they responded changing their story and said the package was with USPS and gave me a post office tracking number. I tried tracking it, and USPS said, 'we do not have this package,' and now I am out $58.75.
They never shipped my package at all in the past 2 weeks and lied about it. They STILL have not shipped it.
These people are low-life scammers. I have contacted my bank and BBB. I am continuing to try to get my refund. If I got my item, I would change my review, but so far they are lying, not shipping, and communication is atrocious.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. after 30 phone calls multiple text messages everything they finally gave me back my money. I did everything to try to resolve it.
